Father in Heaven Hears Me Pray

I composed Father in Heaven Hears Me Pray when I was directing a Children’s Choir. I wanted a song that would be quick and easy for them to learn, yet carry a powerful message. The children loved the song, and, I believe, benefitted from feeling and understanding the simple truths therein. It was subsequently published in the Church magazine, The Friend in 1991.
