Christmas Medley

Christmas Medley for Organ and Violin
I composed this Christmas Medley for my father-in-law, who played the violin beautifully. It was such a joy to join him on the organ and bring this music to life. The organist will want to change settings periodically to add interest and variety, always bringing out the melody when the organ carries it, and letting the violin sing when it has the melody.

Christmas Medley for Organ and Violin received the 2nd place award in the Joel Hills Johnson Music Contest in 1987.
